Give me Space
My affinity and openness to the world is particularly evident in the 'Give me Space' series.
Although these works are on the edge of abstraction, there are still obvious associations with a globe.
Fundamental contrasts between filigree on the one hand and strength on the other, which are intended to allude directly to world events, are revealed to the viewer and made accessible for individual interpretation. Here, the viewer is actively encouraged to think and invited to reflect on the fragile world and mankind's ruthless interference with nature
